Bryan Singer indicates possible Directing ‘X-Men: First Class’
Bryan Singer has passed comment on the possibility of directing the next X-men opus.
After ‘The last stand’ , X-men fans wondered if the film would have taken a different path if he was on-board.
In an interview, Singer called his lack of involement in the movie as ‘a shame.’
Although far from an official sign up to the project, other Singer past collaborators are involved in X-men related projects which gives good indication that Singer will be in the next X-men movie director’s chair.

‘Lauren Shuler Donner — married to Richard Donner of “Superman” fame, interestingly enough — made it known that she’d love to have Singer back in the mutant sandbox, saying that “nothing would please me more than to bring Bryan on for another movie.”
If those hints weren’t enough, how about the recent hiring of screenwriter Christopher McQuarrie for the “Wolverine 2” script? McQuarrie was Singer’s collaborator on “The Usual Suspects,” and his hiring practically heralded the director’s potential return to the “X-Men” movies by way of the Hugh Jackman-starring sequel.’
