Is Marvel comics really going to bring back Jean Grey for a second time? A new promotion image, named ‘Second Coming,’ shows that it is more than a possibility.

Jean Grey, part of the original X-Men lineout, originally committed suicide in 1980s Dark Phoenix Saga, where her powers. Almost overwhelmed her personality, story continuing in 1986, when it was revealed that the Phoenix was actually a clone of Jean Grey and the real Jean Grey was alive and well.

The first Dark Phoenix Story is considered to be one of the best X-Men stories, but her resurrection was considered controversial for a lot of fans. However, we are all used to seeing on screen, and in print, characters being resurrected.

A plus point for Marvel is that The Dark Phoenix has potentially limitless powers, thus a few times dying then resurrection could be just in a days work for Jean Grey!

Concluding, if the storyline is good and sound than in a fictional universe anything can and should be possible.
